📖 About This Tool

Your browser exposes dozens of properties through JavaScript and HTTP headers — user agent, screen size, timezone, hardware specs, and more. Combined, these attributes create a unique digital profile, often called a browser fingerprint.

This tool collects those properties entirely within your browser. No data is sent to any server. The fingerprint hash is generated locally using SHA‑256. You can copy the hash and compare it across different browsers, devices, or privacy settings.

🔒 Privacy note: Fingerprinting is used for tracking, but also for fraud prevention. Understanding your own fingerprint helps you take control – by using privacy tools like VPNs, anti‑fingerprinting browsers, or disabling WebGL/Canvas.
